The problem
A clothing business run on notebooks and memory loses track of stock, cash and who owes what.
What I built
- A POS terminal that completes a sale in under 30 seconds, with prices pulled from inventory.
- Live stock that deducts on every sale, with low stock alerts.
- Automatic P&L (revenue, cost of goods, expenses, refunds, gross and net profit) by day, week, month or year.
- Invoicing and debtor tracking, and one-tap WhatsApp receipts.
- Owner and staff roles, so staff never see cash flow or profit.
- Returns that restock correctly.
- A customer retention auto-responder that replies when the vendor is unavailable and shares the live stock list.
